Krisumi Corporation is a 50:50 joint venture between Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation and India’s Krishna Group. The developer has now launched the fifth and sixth phases of its premium residential township in Gurugram. The company also announced a major investment plan of around ₹4,500 crore over the next 6 to 7 years.
₹4,500 Crore Investment in Krisumi City Expansion
The new expansion is part of a larger 33.5-acre development known as Krisumi City. The project has already seen strong progress in earlier phases.
The latest phases cover around 1.67 million sq ft of construction area. These new phases are expected to generate nearly ₹4,000 crore in revenue.

The full township will include around 2,772 residential units when completed.
New Luxury Phases: The Forest Reserve
The newly launched fifth and sixth phases are named The Forest Reserve. This project is inspired by the Japanese concept of Chinju-no-mori, which means sacred forest near shrines.
The design focuses on green living inside a modern city. The idea is to create a peaceful lifestyle surrounded by nature.
These phases will offer large luxury homes. The project includes 4 LDK residences of around 4,000 sq ft and 3 LDK homes of about 3,000 sq ft.
It will also feature premium penthouses ranging between 4,500 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft. Each tower will include four penthouses. The total number of new launches will include around 550 luxury units.
Development Progress and Project Timeline
Over the last few years, Krisumi Corporation has already launched four phases under Waterfall Residences. These earlier phases include around 1,800 homes.
The company has now moved into the next stage with The Forest Reserve. Construction and delivery are already underway in earlier phases.
According to the company, possession has started in the initial phases. Around 120 residents are already living in the township. Out of these, nearly 25% are Japanese residents.
The company aims to complete all 15 towers in Krisumi City by 2032.
Strong Location Advantage on Dwarka Expressway
Krisumi City is located in Sector 36-A, Gurugram, near the Dwarka Expressway. The project also has strong connectivity with Delhi and the upcoming Global City project.
Company officials said the location will play a key role in future price growth. The project is already seen as a strong example of value creation in the region.
Earlier, the project was launched at around ₹8,500 per sq ft. Today, prices have increased to nearly ₹24,000 per sq ft, showing strong demand and appreciation.
Indo-Japanese Design and Premium Living
Krisumi Corporation said the project represents a strong Indo-Japanese collaboration. The design was created by the Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei, known for global landmarks such as Tokyo Skytree.
The company follows three main principles: world-class design, strong construction quality, and curated lifestyle experiences.
According to company leadership, the goal is to set new standards in modern urban living with precision and high-quality execution.
Market Demand and Rental Growth in Gurugram
The company also highlighted strong demand for premium housing in Gurugram. Buyers continue to show interest in projects developed by trusted and established developers.
Officials said many homeowners in Krisumi City have already rented out their apartments. Rental rates have reached around ₹100 per sq ft, showing strong rental returns in the project.
Krisumi Corporation also confirmed that the project is debt-free and will be funded through internal accruals.
With strong demand, premium design, and a strategic location, Krisumi City continues to grow as one of the key luxury residential developments in Gurugram.
